日本一の透明度を誇る湖のほとりで。葉山で重ねてきた Coherence Circle を、支笏湖の原生林の中で。コヒーランスのフィールドの中で、自分と他者と世界とのつながりを思い出していきます。2026年8月21–23日（金〜日）／北海道・支笏湖／定員10名。On the shore of the clearest lake in Japan. The Coherence Circle we have held again and again in Hayama, now within the old-growth forest of Lake Shikotsu. Held within the field of coherence, we remember our connection with ourselves, with others, and with the world. August 21–23, 2026 (Fri–Sun) / Lake Shikotsu, Hokkaido / limited to 10 participants.
Concept
支笏湖という豊かな自然の中で過ごす、三日間の没入エクスペリエンス。これまでの人生の旅路をあらためて振り返り、今ある課題にブレイクスルーをもたらし、心の奥にある深い願いにつながり直して、未来へ新たな一歩を踏み出していきます。A three-day immersive experience held in the abundant nature of Lake Shikotsu. We look back once more over the journey of our lives so far, bring a breakthrough to the challenges we face now, reconnect with the deep longing held in the heart, and step forward anew toward the future.
一人ひとりが日々の役割や思考パターンをいったんほどき、思考・感情・身体感覚の奥にある「自分が本当に大切にしたいこと」へ、静かにチューニングしていきます。そうしてそれぞれが自分の中心に降りていくとき、円の真ん中に、透明で安全な共鳴の場が立ち現れます。個人の枠を超えたコレクティブな気づきや癒しが、自然に起こりはじめる ── 私たちはこの現象を「和」と呼んでいます。Each of us gently unwinds the roles and thought patterns of daily life, and quietly tunes toward what we truly wish to cherish — the place beneath thought, emotion, and bodily sensation. As each person descends into their own center, a clear and safe field of resonance arises at the middle of the circle. Collective awareness and healing that transcend the boundaries of the individual begin to arise of their own accord — we call this phenomenon Wa.
古来、日本人は清らかな水辺で禊を行い、穢れを払って新しく生まれ変わってきました。日本一の透明度を誇る支笏湖は、まさに現代における“心身の再生”の舞台。原生林に包まれた静寂の中で、呼吸を整え、身体をひらき、自分・他者・自然との関係を感じ直していきます。Since ancient times, the Japanese have performed misogi purification by clear waters, washing away impurity and being reborn anew. Lake Shikotsu, the clearest lake in Japan, is a fitting stage for a modern renewal of body and mind. In the stillness enfolded by old-growth forest, we settle the breath, open the body, and feel anew our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with nature.

Method
共感（Empathy）＋ 洞察（Insight）＝ つながり（Connection）。これは、私たちが土台にしている Connection Practice（コネクション・プラクティス）の定義です。創始者リタ・マリー・ジョンソン氏によってコスタリカで始められ、米国・日本・欧州・南アフリカなどへ広がっている実践です。Coherence Circle ではこれを儀式化された手順としてではなく、場の温度や流れ、身体性を大切にしながら、自然な所作のように織り込んでいきます。Empathy + Insight = Connection. This is the definition of the Connection Practice, the foundation on which we build. Begun in Costa Rica by its founder Rita Marie Johnson, it has since spread to the United States, Japan, Europe, South Africa, and beyond. In the Coherence Circle we weave it in not as a ritualized procedure but as a natural gesture, honoring the warmth and flow of the space and the wisdom of the body.

Amenohi to Yuyake
新千歳空港から車で約40分。原生林に包まれた支笏湖のほとり、滞在先は「雨ノ日と夕やけ」。北海道の愛すべき素材の味をそのまま楽しんでいただけるようなイタリアンを提供している宿です。プログラム期間は宿を貸切、一人ひとりの静かな時間と、サークルとしての時間を、丁寧に過ごします。About 40 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport. On the shore of Lake Shikotsu, enfolded by old-growth forest, our stay is at Amenohi to Yuyake — an inn serving Italian cuisine that lets you savor the beloved ingredients of Hokkaido just as they are. For the duration of the program the inn is reserved entirely for us, so that each person's quiet time and our time together as a circle may be spent with care.
Into the Field
Day 2 の午後、支笏ガイドハウス「かのあ」のローカルガイドとともに、湖と森のフィールドへ出ます。カヌーで透明度日本一の水面に身を置き、樹々や水鳥や微生物のリズムに触れる時間。自然そのものを「先生」として、思考から離れた感覚の知性を呼び覚まします。afternoon, together with the local guides of Shikotsu Guide House Kanoa, we go out into the field of lake and forest. By canoe we place ourselves on the clearest waters in Japan, a time to touch the rhythms of the trees, the waterbirds, the microorganisms. With nature itself as our teacher, we awaken a sensory intelligence that lies apart from thought.
かのあのガイドは、長年この湖の生態系と対話を重ねてきた方々。一艘のカヌーに数名で乗り合わせ、サークルの仲間とともに、静かに水の上を進みます。「美しい水のストーリー」に身を浸す90分は、二日目の対話を、頭から身体へと深く下ろすブリッジになります。Kanoa's guides are people who have long been in dialogue with this lake's ecosystem. Several of us share a single canoe and, together with our circle companions, move quietly over the water. Ninety minutes immersed in the "story of beautiful water" become a bridge that carries the second day's dialogue down from the head deep into the body.

このリトリートでは、三日間の体験全体を設計し、場の流れをホールドする役割を担います。建築を学び、人と人のあいだに「和」が立ち現れる場づくりを探求してきました。個から関係性へ、関係性から集合の場へと開かれていく時間、それを可能とする環境設計を担当します。In this retreat he designs the whole of the three-day experience and holds the flow of the space. Trained in architecture, he has long explored the making of places where Wa can arise between people. He is responsible for the environmental design that allows the time to open from the individual to relationship, and from relationship to the collective field.
千葉県生まれ。東京理科大学理工学部建築学科卒業後、慶應義塾大学大学院メディアデザイン研究科在学中にデザインコンサルティング会社を創設。2015年 世界経済フォーラム Global Shapers Community 選出、2018年 Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia（The Arts 部門）選出。拡張家族「Cift」を SHIBUYA CAST. から立ち上げ、全国200名を超えるコミュニティへ。ウェルビーイング習慣プラットフォーム「Nesto」を創業し、オンライン上に50を超えるマイクロコミュニティを育成。2024年、探求してきた「和が生まれる場」の可能性を感じて Healing Connections に参加。Born in Chiba Prefecture. After graduating in architecture from the Faculty of Science and Technology at Tokyo University of Science, he founded a design consultancy while enrolled in the Graduate School of Media Design at Keio University. Selected for the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community in 2015, and for Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia (The Arts) in 2018. He launched the extended family "Cift" from SHIBUYA CAST., growing it into a community of more than 200 people nationwide, and founded the well-being habit platform "Nesto," cultivating over 50 micro-communities online. In 2024, sensing the possibility of the "place where Wa is born" that he had long been seeking, he joined Healing Connections.

このリトリートでは、コヒーランスの場へと参加者をいざなう役割を担います。ハートマス研究所およびコネクション・プラクティスの認定トレーナーであり、ボディワーカー。心拍と呼吸、脳と心が調和する状態を、一人の内側から、人と人のあいだへ、そして場全体へと、静かに手渡していきます。In this retreat she invites participants into the field of coherence. A certified trainer of the HeartMath Institute and of the Connection Practice, and a bodyworker, she quietly passes on the state in which heartbeat and breath, brain and heart come into harmony — from within one person, into the space between people, and out to the whole field.
北海道・苫小牧の生まれ。支笏湖は、幼い頃から親しんできた原風景そのもの。ニュージーランドで育ち、慶應義塾大学総合政策学部卒業後、政府系金融機関で開発途上国の復興・平和構築支援に携わる。2011年、東日本大震災を機に一般社団法人 和なびジャパンを創設。2021年、合同会社 Healing Connections を創設。禅・茶道などの日本の「道」の実践と、ハートコヒーランス、クラニオセイクラル、NVCなどを統合したヒーリング・プログラムやリトリートを国内外で続けている。二児の母。Born in Tomakomai, Hokkaido. Lake Shikotsu is the very landscape of her childhood. Raised in New Zealand, she graduated from the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University, then worked at a government financial institution supporting reconstruction and peacebuilding in developing countries. In 2011, moved by the Great East Japan Earthquake, she founded the general incorporated association Wanavi Japan. In 2021 she founded Healing Connections LLC. She continues to hold healing programs and retreats in Japan and abroad, integrating the practice of Japanese "ways" such as Zen and tea ceremony with heart coherence, Craniosacral Biodynamics, and NVC. Mother of two.
