Co-Design Sprint Session
私たち一人ひとりの中には、まだ言葉になっていない願いがあります。Co-Design Sprint Session は、その願いを具体的な事業やプロジェクトとして動き出すための構造を、ともに描く時間です。Within each of us lives a longing that has not yet found words. The Co-Design Sprint Session is a time to draw, together, the structure that lets that longing begin to move as a real venture or project.
① About This Session
願いに気づくこと、輪郭が見えてくること、それ自体に深い意味があります。けれど、ある瞬間に、次の問いが静かに立ち上がります──「では、この願いから、私は何を生み出していくのか。」To notice a longing, to watch its outline emerge — this alone holds deep meaning. Yet at a certain moment, a further question quietly rises: "So then, out of this longing, what am I here to create?"
短期集中で創造のエネルギーを一気に爆発させ、その熱量のまま、実際的なプロジェクトの立ち上げへと、早く、強く、移行していくためのスプリントです。This is a sprint that releases creative energy all at once, in short and intense focus, and carries that heat straight into the launch of a tangible project — quickly, and with strength.
② The Bridge Between Two Worlds
多くの実践者が、「魂の願い」と「社会で成り立つ事業」のあいだで、見えない壁にぶつかります。願いは、美しい。けれど、それを事業として組み立てるとき、ビジネスの言語と、魂の言語の、翻訳が必要になる──その翻訳作業を、一人で抱えるとき、人は迷い、消耗する。Many practitioners meet an invisible wall between "the soul's longing" and "a venture that can stand in the world." The longing is beautiful. But to build it into a business, one must translate between the language of business and the language of the soul — and when that translation is carried alone, a person loses their way and wears thin.
このセッションは、その翻訳を、共に行う場です。Vision と Venture のあいだに、橋を架ける。This session is a place to do that translation together — building a bridge between Vision and Venture.

構造化セッションStructuring session
願いから事業の種を発見し、構造化していく対話。ホワイトボードなどを使って可視化しながら進めます。A dialogue that discovers the seed of a venture within the longing and gives it structure, made visible as we go using a whiteboard and other tools.
統合と、次の一歩Integration, and the next step
見えてきたことを統合し、最初の一歩を確認します。We bring together what has come into view and confirm the first step forward.
お一人でも、共同創業者・パートナー・チームメンバーとご一緒でも（本人含め最大3名）。「早く行きたければ、ひとりで行け。遠くまで行きたければ、みんなで行け。」一回のセッションで構造化が完了することもあれば、連続で深めていくことも可能です。Come on your own, or together with a co-founder, partner, or team member (up to 3 people including yourself). "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." Sometimes a single session is enough to complete the structuring; other times we can deepen it across several.
プロジェクトの輪郭が見えてきた場合、藤代が外部プロデューサーとして実装を伴走する形を、別途ご相談いただけます。橋を架けたあとは、その橋を渡る伴走者として。料金やスケジュールなどの詳細は、お問い合わせの中でご案内しています。Once the shape of a project comes into view, you are welcome to discuss having Fujishiro accompany the implementation as an external producer — walking beside you across the bridge once it is built. Details such as fees and scheduling are shared through your inquiry.

Kensuke Fujishiro ── Partner, Healing Connections LLC
千葉県で生まれ育ち、東京理科大学理工学部建築学科を卒業した後、慶應義塾大学大学院メディアデザイン研究科に在学中にデザインコンサルティング会社を創設。創始者として、拡張家族「Cift」をSHIBUYA CAST.から創設し、活動は多くのメディアに取り上げられ、日本全国で200名を超えるメンバーに成長。起業家として、心と体を整えるウェルビーイングな習慣プラットフォーム「Nesto」を創業し、50以上のマイクロコミュニティとメタコミュニティをオンライン上で立ち上げた。Born and raised in Chiba, he graduated in architecture from the Faculty of Science and Technology at Tokyo University of Science, then founded a design consulting firm while studying at the Graduate School of Media Design at Keio University. As its founder, he launched the extended family "Cift" at SHIBUYA CAST.; the initiative was covered widely in the media and grew to more than 200 members across Japan. As an entrepreneur, he founded "Nesto," a well-being habit platform for tending to mind and body, launching over 50 micro-communities and meta-communities online.
探求してきた「和」が生まれる場の可能性を感じて「Healing Connections」に参加。現在、人材研修のプロデューサーと空間スペースのデザイナーとして新たなステージで活動。2015年に世界経済フォーラムのGlobal Shapers Communityに選出され、2016年には同コミュニティのTokyo Hubのキュレーターにも選出。さらに2018年には、Forbes 30 Under 30 AsiaのThe Arts部門に選出される。Sensing the possibility of the places where "Wa" (harmony) — which he had long explored — comes into being, he joined "Healing Connections." He now works on a new stage as a producer of talent development programs and a designer of spaces. In 2015 he was selected for the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community, and in 2016 as curator of that community's Tokyo Hub. In 2018 he was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in The Arts category.
